The education, scholarship and apprenticeship program for youth entrepreneurship funded by the EEA Financial Mechanism aims to develop human capital and knowledge gained in Romania, as a general objective of the program, which materializes in the university education system through mobility projects and cooperation between Romanian universities and universities in donor states.
