The Language Proficiency Exam for English and French is scheduled between 13–17 July 2026.

The online admission interview is scheduled between 20 to 24 July 2026.

The application file contains the following documents:

 a) Birth certificate - copy and legalized translation;

 b) The document certifying the permanent domicile abroad – ID card;

 c) Passport valid at least 6 months after the date when the letter of acceptance to studies is issued;

 d) Application for the issuance of the letter of acceptance to studies, provided in ANNEX 2;

 e) Legalized translation of the Baccalaureate diploma or its equivalent, authenticated by the competent authorities of the issuing country;

 f) Legalized translation of the certificate attesting the promotion of the baccalaureate exam for the graduates of the current year;

 g) Transcript of records - legalized translations, related to the studies performed;

 h) The medical certificate (in a language of international circulation) attesting that the person to be enrolled in the studies is clinically healthy and does not suffer from contagious diseases or other diseases incompatible with the future profession and also mentioned personal history of chronic diseases. 

Enrolment

When registering, the candidates will present the documents from the Application file, in original, certified for authentication by the Embassy of Romania to the issuer country or endorsed with Apostille of Hague, if the previous studies were not completed in Romania, in a European Union country or in accordance with the legal assistance agreements signed between Romania and third countries.

Starting with the 2025-2026 academic year, in accordance with the UAB internationalization strategy for the period 2025-2029, the UAB Scholarship Program is established, in accordance with the provisions of the Higher Education Law no. 199/2023, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

 For each of the specializations in English, from the educational portfolio of UAB, 10 scholarships will be awarded, depending on the annual budget available. The number of scholarships awarded can be redistributed among the specializations in English, depending on the number of candidates enrolled in studies for each of them, after completing the admission process.

 The procedure for admission to studies is the one provided for in Articles 13-17 of these Regulations, UAB scholarships being awarded in descending order of admission averages, for university studies in English, within UAB, on places with fee in foreign currency.

The beneficiaries of the UAB Scholarship Program have the following rights:

1. the granting of an annual scholarship, equivalent to the tuition fee for the current academic year;

2. financing accommodation expenses in student dormitories;

3. a monthly scholarship in the amount of 1000 lei, in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

 and obligations:

1. payment of the annual tuition fee, within 5 days from receiving the scholarship from UAB;

2. obtaining a minimum of 60 credits in each academic year;

3. obtaining a weighted average for the completed academic year of at least 8.00;

Students who have not obtained, at the end of the academic year, a number of 60 credits and a weighted average of at least 8.00, no longer benefit from the scholarship granted, from the financing of accommodation expenses in student dormitories, having the obligation to pay study fees and accommodation expenses in student dormitories starting with the following academic year and until the completion of university studies.
