The Thank you Letter is the only way you can communicate with the employer and it is a good solution to make him place you in the first places when he/she makes the final decision. In addition to the cover letter and a well-developed resume, the thank-you note is a way to clearly demonstrate your interest in the job, demonstrating communication skills appropriate to the circumstances and, at the same time, proof of good manners, and relationship skills.

There are very few people who send thank you letters to the employer after the interview is over, so this will definitely make the interviewer look at you differently and give you a gold star, to the detriment of the other candidates.

The thank you letter is usually sent within 24 hours of the interview, when you are still fresh in the employer's mind.

Write the Thank you Letter very carefully. Be careful not to miss any grammatical or spelling mistakes, align the text, leave spaces between paragraphs, and generally make the letter look nice.

Avoid using bright, strange colors or images. Keep it as simple and professional as possible. Summarize a few sentences and be as concise as possible to avoid boring the interviewer.

When do I need to send a thank you letter?

There are two situations in which you can send a thank-you letter to an employer:
