The CTT strategy for the next 4 years is based on:

The Strategic Plan 2016 - 2020 of UAB, with the following directions of action:

- Initiating or consolidating new collaborations with UAB for research-development-innovation, with prestigious universities and with private companies for the transfer of knowledge to the socio-economic environment, through the Center for Technology Transfer;

- Diversifying the ways of cooperation with companies, local and regional administration institutions, with the support of the Honorary Senate of the University and completing it with personalities in fields not currently represented (education, culture, sports, tourism, etc.);

- Maintaining good customs and extending the collaboration with the constant partners of the University (state and private institutions, companies, local, regional and national administration institutions, county school inspectorates), but also with high forums, such as the Romanian Academy, Academy of Sciences of Moldova , The Romanian Cultural UAB, the diplomatic corps accredited in Romania, etc .;

- Achieving a strong partnership with the local community to achieve a long-term strategy for the development of highly qualified human resources in the priority areas (industry, tourism, health, education and environment);

- Active involvement in the measures proposed by the Territorial Development Strategy of Romania - Polycentric Romania 2035 (for example in working tools for which we have a strong specialization, such as the Territorial Observatory).
