The Research Center in the Field of Public and Private Law is established as a structure without legal personality within the Department of Legal and Administrative Sciences of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, by the decision of the University Senate "December 1, 1918" in Alba Iulia. The headquarters of the Center can be found in building C of the University, at the address: Alba Iulia, str. Unirii no. 15-17.
