Vision
The vision of the CSDHRR is to initiate and implement applied research studies, innovation through knowledge transfer and dissemination in the fields of social development, human resources, and interdisciplinary approaches in social intervention within communities and organizations.
The scope of activities of the CSDHRR, which contribute to fulfilling the Center's mission, includes the following:
- Supporting the initiation and execution of research in the fields of social development and human resources for faculty members, students, master's, and doctoral candidates.
- Promoting courses (continuous education, postgraduate training) in the fields of social development, human resources, and interdisciplinary approaches, in accordance with current regulations.
- Supporting the establishment and development of master's and doctoral degree programs in sociology, human resources, and social intervention.
- Integrating the activities of the CSDHRR into the national and international scientific community through collaboration with other research centers at home and abroad, and affiliating the center with national and international research networks.
- Encouraging and supporting proposals for national and international projects and grants.
- Promoting sustained fundamental and applied research activities in the social domain aligned with European requirements and standards, in collaboration with similar research groups nationally and internationally.
- Facilitating internships for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in social sciences.
- Informing and raising awareness among high school students and teachers about the opportunities offered by the fields of social development and human resources developed within the CSDHRR.
- Involving high school students and teachers in information/promotion activities regarding the impact of social development and human resources studies on the development strategies of various social, administrative, and economic entities.
- Organizing scientific events (symposiums, conferences, congresses, etc.) on topics within or related to the field.
The main activities carried out by the CSDHRR to achieve the primary and related objectives are as follows:
- Conducting specialized studies in line with the CSDHRR's objectives.
- Establishing an infrastructure (human resources, equipment) that enables the CSDHRR to transfer services and results to the socio-economic environment.
- Initiating and conducting joint orientation and professional training programs in accordance with current legal regulations.
- Initiating and participating in funded projects, including those from European funds, for the development of the center.
- Organizing symposiums, conferences, courses, and meetings on research and development issues in the social domain and interdisciplinary approaches in the social sciences.
- Developing and implementing applied research projects through knowledge transfer and dissemination specific to research themes proposed by the CSDHRR.
- Organizing training sessions, specialization courses, or summer schools.
- Providing consultancy to interested individuals and organizations.
- Creating specific databases and a specialized bibliographic fund.
- Any other activities necessary to achieve the objectives.
