The Center for Social Development and Human Resources Research (CSDHRR) is a unit dedicated to scholarly studies and scientific research in the fields of social development and human resources. CSDHRR operates as a research unit within the "1 December 1918" University of Alba Iulia, utilizing its infrastructure and headquartered in Building G of the University located at 5 Unirii Street, Alba Iulia, Alba County.

CSDHRR comprises faculty members, researchers, doctoral candidates, master's students, undergraduates, alumni, and practitioners engaged in scientific research activities within the realm of social development and human resources. It is governed by a Board of Directors, a Scientific Council, and an organizational structure. Eligible members of the Scientific Council include faculty members and researchers from both domestic and international institutions, specializing in the fields of study and research within the center.
